- ➤ Ramzee Robinson, a former NFL defensive back who spent nine years with the Chiefs, filed a lawsuit on Sunday alleging he was wrongfully fired as director of player engagement—he claims he was wrongly accused in a February meeting and denied access to security video during the process. The suit states his $125,000 salary was below the average for similar roles and that African-American employees were paid less than white peers—while a team spokesperson said the organization does not tolerate discrimination.
