- ➤ Volunteers with Just A Sandwich in Overland Park made hundreds of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for people facing food insecurity—breaking a record by finishing 300 sandwiches in 22 minutes. Flowers Baking Company donated 27 loaves of bread to keep the assembly line moving, and the sandwiches were delivered to Care Beyond the Boulevard to serve those in need. KMBC News
- ➤ Activate KC in Overland Park hosted a Taylor Swift-themed night last night that featured interactive games, 11 rooms with a live DJ, a 13% discount, and exclusive giveaways in honor of her lucky number — the event brought local Swift fans and influencers together to enjoy a new interactive gaming experience.
