The Johnson County Board of County Commissioners approved a conditional award of federal funds to Metro Lutheran Ministries to develop up to 16 housing units for chronically homeless residents.
The funds—worth over $2 million—will buy, rehabilitate, and offer affordable housing with units expected by late 2026 or early 2027.
