ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ Just before 1:30 a.m. Saturday morning, the Overland Park Fire Department responded to a home near 124th and Barkley where a deck fire was quickly put out—investigators said hot coals from a charcoal grill likely ignited the wood decking and one person was treated for smoke inhalation with no further injuries reported.
