On Thursday morning, firefighters responded to a house fire at a home on 82nd and Hadley streets in Overland Park when a dog bumped the burners while trying to get treats, igniting a blaze that led to the rescue of four dogs and two rabbits but resulted in one dog dying and left the family unable to return home as the Red Cross launched its assistance.

Leawood homeowners reported that their new driveways crumbled after just a few months and FOX4 Problem Solvers uncovered that a new Portland 1L cement mix may be the cause—Bill Keith and other residents urge builders to take responsibility and warn that filing a complaint with the BBB might be necessary if proper repairs are not made.
