- ➤ On Jul. 23, an investigation opened after a work accident at a metro area logistics park took the life of an employee—officials are reviewing the incident details. KCTV 5
CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Local contractors in Overland Park are facing check overpayment scams when buyers from other states ask for home repairs and then request a refund of extra funds—electrician Steve Phillips and others noticed the scam when texts for deposits turned suspicious and a bank advised them to void the check.
