- ➤ Overnight on June 15, Ottawa police reported a vehicle theft that led to a multi-county chase into Kansas City, Missouri as officers tracked a blue 2023 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Jailbreak through a dealership at Victory Dodge Ottawa and despite Overland Park Police using a tire deflation device the suspect kept fleeing—agencies ultimately discontinued the pursuit when the vehicle crossed into Missouri.
