Officials said updates on the new locations will be posted on the company website—bringing a beloved Chicago tradition to local residents.  KMBC News

  • Olathe police are asking the public for help to find 36-year-old Sarah Joann Johnson, who went missing on June 7 near the 300 block of South Water Street and is described as having blond hair, green eyes, and tattoos (a butterfly on her ankle and 'McKenzie' on one leg), measuring 4 feet 11 inches tall and weighing about 130 pounds.  KMBC News

  • Kansas City's official World Cup 2026 countdown kicked off Wednesday at Union Station when a large clock began tracking the days, hours, minutes and seconds until the games—with soccer star Lo'eau LaBonta and community leaders in attendance; city officials plan to install more clocks, lease 200 buses for fan transportation, and hold a free volunteer event on June 22 at the Aspiria Campus in Overland Park.  KMBC News
