- ➤ Snowglobe LLC must pay $7,500 to 30 Kansas customers after it canceled its Snowglobe Express train excursions in December 2023—Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach’s office filed a suit under the Kansas Consumer Protection Act that named owner Ryan Robinson, and customers can file complaints for refunds. - ➤ Beulah B. Quiroz pleaded guilty to distributing drugs that led to the overdose death of Dori Cunagin on Feb. 6 in Overland Park—she will be sentenced on June 16. KCTV 5
- ➤ A woman pleaded guilty Tuesday in Johnson County Court to distribution causing death for her role in Dori Cunagin's drug-related death on Feb. 6, 2024 in Overland Park and is scheduled to be sentenced on June 16. KSHB

- ➤ On April 21, the Overland Park City Council voted to negotiate a 10-year tax rebate program for Fiserv, Inc.—a Fortune 500 company planning a new financial and technical hub at the former Sprint Headquarters at 119 Street and Nall Avenue. The hub is expected to create about 2,000 jobs with yearly wages around $125,000 and use 427,000 square feet of space to attract tech talent. KCTV 5
