- ➤ The express lanes of the 69Express project opened Saturday, Feb. 12 in Johnson County with tolls ranging from 35 cents to $1.50 for KTAG users while drivers billed by license plate paid 50% more and drivers with toll tags from Texas, Oklahoma, or Florida were charged the lower KTAG rate.
