About this event
A Intermediate, small group Pilates Apparatus Class. This class uses traditional Pilates apparatus; reformer, chair, tower, jump board, long/short box, along with other small props. Recommended for those wanting to focus on the fundamentals and principles of Pilates and work at a moderate pace and intensity. This is a 50-minute class. Prerequisite: Level 1 or Beginning level Pilates class experience to acquire and become familiar with the principles of Pilates and the fundamentals of the method.
