About this event
We will warm-up and cool-down as a group. You will work with the instructor on your personal goals, according to your level, learning new moves, sits and spins. Instructors are excited to encourage and monitor your progress and flow along the way. *Counts as one of your three prerequisite classes before taking Beginner Pole. Bring a yoga mat. Women only.
